The Lincoln Town Council will hold a public hearing on the creation of a Municipal Development and Tax Increment Financing District Development Program for the Rollins Wind Project on Monday, March 9, 2009 at 7:00 PM.  The public hearing will be held at the Town Council Chambers, 63 Main Street, Lincoln.
